Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operation Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our resort. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort management, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
• 5+ years in 4 / 5 - star hotel or resort in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Nepalese (additional languages preferred)
• Strong leadership and pleasant demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all resort operations
• Ensure compliance with standards
• Maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
• Lead and develop the team
• Manage budgets and legal requirements
