Job Description 

A Front Office Agent is an essential role in the hospitality industry. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their stay is a memorable one.

  1. Greet guests upon arrival, process their check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide them with necessary information about the hotel's services, facilities, and policies.
  2.  Handle reservations, including making new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and cancellations. Ensure accuracy of reservation information and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  3.  Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing their inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other special needs as required.
  4. Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest accounts. Handle billing inquiries and discrepancies effectively and in accordance with established procedures.
  5.  Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner. Provide information and assistance to callers and route calls to appropriate departments or individuals as needed.
  6.  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby. Keep supplies stocked, including key cards, brochures, and other guest amenities.
  7.  Monitor the lobby and public areas for any suspicious activity or safety hazards. Follow established security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
